Upon receiving your inquiry, we will review the submitted information and contact you with a personalized offer.

Once we have agreed on your chosen products, we will arrange to send you product and fragrance samples. By separate agreement, we can produce final, tailor-made products and send you samples for review.

After all the details and your selections have been agreed upon and the samples approved (either in person or through photos), we will finalize your order. Upon receipt of payment, we will begin the production process. Depending on the size of the order, delivery usually takes 14 to 30 days.
